The EcoSeat 102, which is available in round and elongated versions, is by all accounts an excellent non-electric bidet, with a self-cleaning nozzle and easy-to-use dual knob controls. It also—wait for it—has both cool and warm water washes, which is nonstandard for a non-electric bidet. (It does this by attaching to your sink’s hot water supply.)
Basically, this is about as tech-y as you can get for a non-electric bidet—and the price is right, too.
